The Catholic Education Foundation will award 1,100 need-based tuition assistance grants for the school year to elementary school students enrolled in Catholic diocesan schools. The standard CEF Grade School Scholarship is $700 per student. Students entering kindergarten through grade eight are eligible.
The CEF grant application timeline for the 2019-20 school year is January 1 through March 1, 2019.
Scholarships are awarded annually and an application form must be completed each year. Applications for the school year will be available in January. Families needing financial assistance must complete an application form and submit the $35 application fee. The applicant will be asked to upload financial information including the 2018 federal tax return and 2018 w-2 form. The 2017 federal tax return is also accepted if the 2018 return is not yet filed.
For your convenience, the application form can also be filled out online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid after January 1. Applications submitted prior to that date will not be considered. Questions on how to complete the form can be answered by calling the FACTS Helpline directly at 1-866-315-9262.
