The web site for the FACTS Grant and Aid Company is https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. The application must be completed ON-LINE and is available in English or Spanish. There is a required $35 application fee per family payable DIRECTLY TO the FACTS Grant & Aid Company.
Questions on completing the FACTS Grant and Aid application may be answered by calling the FACTS helpline directly at 1-866-441-4637.
It is important to note that families will not be considered for financial aid until their application is verified by the FACTS Company. In order to verify the income information a family submits, FACTS will require copies of financial documents including Federal Income Tax forms and W-2s (PREVIOUS YEAR Tax Returns ARE ACCEPTABLE if your 2020 forms are not yet completed). All supporting documents should be submitted no later than March 1. Families should work directly with the FACTS company in order to verify all information in a timely fashion in order to be considered for financial aid. Submitting an application does not mean that the application has been verified.
